ie, was the petition to quash the defamation suit against Ajit dismissed, or was the defamation case dismissed? Thanks.

The supreme court / high courts judges do not dare to disclose theirs assets ! Why ? The people see the mirror to watch their faces . The judiciary must be like a mirror but it hides its face ! Why ?
The Judiciary under the shadow of fundamentalists should not snatch the fundamental right of expression of the masses .
There must be dialogue . If you stop the dialogue between the opponents then the peace will be in danger .
