Bhagwan Maaji is truly a messiah for our people. It is these protest songs that address the issues and frustrations of the Adivasis. Now that the so called ‘Vikas ke Bhagwan’ is here, and there are talks of an IT hub being set up around Jamshedpur, Gaon Chodab Nahi finds a renewed relevance. May there be more protest songs and may the nation awaken through them.
