1. Whosoever comes to rule ,but they do everything in he same manner i.e. To harass ordinary citizen and if there is some hindrance,whatsoever beat,,browbeat,thresh,maim,and if necessary kill unless a vast bribe is given or the culprit is a known political or actual goon.
   This is true.Even when somebody has his pocket picked and he goes to lodge an FIR ,he/she is harassed as if he has done wrong by being duped and the police acts in favour of the goon,even though it is obvious the police is mostl,y never going to meet that goon?
   And the matter is like present one clearly t he victims are very ordinary and criminals in this case are smarter than policed.So the victim must be severely punished.
   WE ARE STILL A JUNGLEE CULTURE WHERE THE BULLY AND POWERFUL IS THE RIGHT PERSON PER FORCE, AND THE VICTIM A CULPRIT.
