Indians pee in public mainly because of lack of public toilets. What’s the excuse of westerners for kissing in public? None! So who is more civilised? The person who pees in public out of force or the person who likes exhibiting his kissing prowess in public? Would you like to have sex in public view also? If you can kiss, why not go the whole hog?

@rahul: u wuld see many people peeing just beside the inox or such malls…is that because of lack of toilets…the point is the mentality of people…and that is the point we are talking at…u might feel that kissing in public is an act which determines the level of being civilized…but for me or any other person it can be an expression of love and affection…and what is the problem if u want to show that publicly…showing love and affection cant be obscene…or what u call “uncivilized”…but peeing in public place where there are other available options is definitely uncivilized…
